Leading the way at Voila Hair Salon with over 30 years’ experience is the managing owner, Carole Jordan. With extensive international experience and participation in fashion week events, a service with Carole is a must. Carole leads a busy and full life filled with love and happiness from her beautiful son Jacques. Always on the go, Carole does not think of her business as work as she gets a kick out of making people feel fantastic. Carole is grateful to do the work she does and is thankful for the overwhelming amount of support she has received from her treasured clientele. Always looking to improve, Carole is open to any new ideas or feedback you may have. A typical service with Carole will include advice on how to maintain healthy hair at home. Carole believes that the benefits of looking after yourself (starting with your hair) can set the right intention for creating awareness and balance in your life.

Henry
Principal Stylist
Beginning his career as a hairdresser in 2003, Henry’s favourite thing to do in the salon is blow waves. As a result, he has well and truly earned his title as King of the Blow-Wave. Henry loves to have a laugh with his clients, all whilst providing a professional experience. Although hair is Henry’s number one priority in the salon, Voila clients love to catch up with him and chat about his greatest passion of all – Travelling – recent or upcoming. Henry’s natural ability to form a trusting relationship with his clientele is evident as he is able to listen and communicate to achieve a common goal of gorgeous hair. According to Henry, there is no greater reward than seeing his clients leave happy!
Penny
Principal Stylist
Beginning as a 15-year-old working Saturday’s in a UK salon, Penny has over 38 years’ experience in the industry. Penny trained and gained many years of knowledge, before moving to Australia where she has worked as a Principal Stylist. Penny loves the diversity of this ever-changing industry and how old looks can be reproduced with a new feel. Penny’s favourite aspect of hairdressing is both colouring and cutting as they complement each other perfectly. Outside of the salon, Penny loves good food and wine, long walks on the beach with her dogs, reading, movies and socialising with friends. Penny values a strong, honest work ethic while being caring and respectful. She loves how you can change the look of someone for the better and make them feel great.
Sarah
Principal Stylist
If you are looking for a smiley stylist with great conversation and the finished result of beautiful hair, then you will love Sarah. Her interest in hairdressing began young when she would experiment on friends’ hair and found she had a natural ability leading to her apprenticeship. After over a decade of hairdressing, Sarah loves how the industry is never boring with the challenge and creativity of different work every day. Outside of work, Sarah loves hanging out with her dog and cat. When asked what she loves most about hairdressing, Sarah says, “I love making people feel beautiful, building amazing trust, friendships and relationships.”
Stevie
Stylist
Stevie believes that working in the hairdressing industry offers something different each day and brings new joys as well as challenges. Stevie is a very caring stylist and loves foiling as well as tinting and making client’s feel amazing. Outside the salon, Stevie is a fantastic mother to her 2 beautiful daughters Paityn and Hazel and she is happy to share plenty of photos of the gorgeous girls. She also loves music and socialising with friends and hopes to travel internationally in the future. Keen to develop, Stevie has participated in a number of L’Oréal professional and creative courses. As a client, you can expect your treatment from Stevie to be very welcoming with great customer service.
